Träskända park in October |
Träskända park in Espoo has been changed within history from symmetrical garden into a baroque styled garden and lastly to English-style garden. The park also has a large number of non-native species in Finland that were planted in Träskända park. "Träskända" is a Swedish name for the area and it comes from its location at the south-west end of lake Pitkäjärvi. In Finnish the name is "Järvenperä". |
